Why are you Eco-Friendly?
Like all of our customers, we care about our planet. We plant a tree with every order! Over 60% of today’s textiles from clothing, pillows, towels, and more are made with synthetic fibers. These synthetic fibers, including polyester and nylon, are composed of plastics that, when released into the environment remain indefinitely, as they are not inherently biodegradable. Considering that an average household generates approximately 44 pounds of dust a year, 13 of which consist of microfibers from synthetic clothing, carpets, and furniture, the environmental impacts on our Earth can be staggering. For example, microplastics from our clothes find their way into our oceans and harm marine life. Due to this, we are stringent with our material sourcing from all of our suppliers. Our products down to our packaging and labeling are made with the promise of sustainability, made from organic materials and always purchased from reputable suppliers and manufacturers
What is the cost of delivery?
Using Royal Mail, anywhere in the UK mainland and islands is free to our customers.
If you prefer we can send your parcel via DPD which is a fully carbon neutral service. We will cover a portion of the cost. DPD delivery cost will be displayed at the checkout.
Do you offer gift cards?
Sorry, we do not currently offer gift cards. We will be looking to make this available in the future!
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Guilt Free Tee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Below are the guidelines for our returns: Returns - We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. - Items must be in the original condition with all tags/labels attached. - We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after the customer has received them. - We do not accept returns on accessories, undergarments, or sale items. - We cannot offer a return for custom embroidered items unless the item is clearly damaged through a manufacturing issue. - We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return criteria. Refunds - We offer refunds on the original payment method for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. - Shipping costs are non-refundable. - Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Exchanges - We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item please return the original item and place a new order. How to Make a Return - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Guiltfreetee.customerservice@gmail.com. - Please include your order number and reason for the return. - Our customer service team will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the item(s). Why do you only have a few products?
We found that there are very few products of high quality that also fit with our company's stringent Eco-friendly ideal. As we source more products we will bring them to you.
